At the end of the third round of the WGC-Cadillac Championship, a scuba diver suited up and dove into the lake to recover McIlroy’s club per financial mogul Donald Trump’s wishes. The 3-iron is now back in the possession of the four-time major champion, perhaps only for one more round.

It was a bit shocking when McIlroy lost his temper and flung his club about 50 yards into the lake. The 25-year-old Northern Irishman has always kept a calm head and rarely loses his cool on the course or with the media, but something ticked him off about his second shot that also found the water.
